Location: Masjid Bandar - Head Office
• Responsible for in house recruitment (PAN India)
• Handling recruitment for freight forwarding/ logistics industry.
• Understanding requirements
• Sourcing & screening potential candidates from various online portals & head hunting (naukari.com, linkedin)
• Scheduling interviews.
• Joining formalities. (Documentation, Salary Negotiation, Background verification)
• Induction to new employees.
60% RECRUITMENT, 40% OPERATIONS
Requirements:
Candidates should be well versed with job portals
